What to Expect.
Your appointment includes an opening conversation, time for Reiki and a closing check-in. We’ll make room for your questions and preferences throughout.
01 · Arrive and Settle
We’ll begin with a brief conversation about what brought you to the session and what feels comfortable for you.
02 · Make Space for Reiki
Sit or lie comfortably while Michael offers the Reiki practice remotely. There is no particular sensation you need to produce.
03 · Reflect and Reconnect
We’ll finish with time to reflect on your experience, ask questions and ease back into the rest of your day.

Private Zoom appointments are for adults aged 18 and over. Your 60-minute appointment includes an opening conversation, Reiki and a closing check-in, for $125 USD.
Choose a quiet space where you can sit or lie comfortably, with a reliable internet connection and your device ready before we begin. You’ll remain fully clothed and may ask to pause or stop at any time.
Please book at least 72 hours ahead. With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule or request a refund less the original non-refundable payment-processing fee. For late changes, contact Michael before the session starts; one courtesy reschedule is available. Missing the replacement appointment forfeits the payment.
